Bunker calls are high-value, high-risk operations. Our bunker coordination team supports owners and charterers from stem planning through to signed BDN — selecting the right supplier and barge for the port, supervising the delivery, and documenting quantity and quality per MARPOL Annex VI.
We arrange attending surveyors for joint gauging and sampling, monitor pumping rates and flow-meter performance, and take MARPOL samples with sealed chain-of-custody. If quantity or quality discrepancies arise, we document them in real time and coordinate immediate protest procedures.
We do not sell fuel — we act as the owner's independent overseer, aligned only with the owner's commercial and technical interest.
